Sky

The Spotify experience was imagined as a sequence of open white vignettes along a linear plinth, punctuated by bright accent colors and linked through an undulating "Sky Canopy" above. The Sky Canopy was developed as the visually iconic common thread that links the activations together while expressing the transitioning colors of a sky throughout a day. The design of the installation was developed with parametric design tools to formally "respond" to the activations occurring below, diving down to provide intimacy and soaring upwards to create a sense of grandeur.
