PROJECT STATEMENT +Inspired by the fluidity and precision of the game, we sought to encapsulate the spirit of basketball in a poetic art-forward execution that celebrates the IST trophy.
Akin to the swoosh of a net during a perfect shot, our installation captures the grace and dynamism of the sport. The powerful impact of a basketball, a singular moment of intensity, is translated into a tangible, structural force that resonates throughout the installation. This force creates a ripple effect, an undulating cascade of energy, which emanates from the trophy at the heart of the runway and leaves an indelible mark on its form, shaping an unparalleled runway experience that seamlessly merges the worlds of sports and fashion.
